ROWING: Day 5

It has been a while since I posted anything about my adventures on the rowing-apparatus. It’s not as if I’ve done nothing at all. As you can see, this is ‘Day 5’. The last post I made was ‘Day 3’. How is that so? Well, that’s because last friday I didn’t use a machine, but an actual boat. And you can’t take pictures of your statistics when you’re in an actual boat. So here it is, day five, with three sets of ten minutes rowed.

As you can see from my last post, I did two sets of ten minutes, with an average of 2:10.2 and 2:12.9. Even though I didn’t beat the 2:10.2, I did manage to stay below the 2:12.9. On top of that, my fastest set was my LAST set. Yes. I finally did it. It means my cardio is improving. Or that I was a coward during the first two sets. I could’ve done below the 2:10 my first set, but I don’t think I was able to do another third set at the end.

I think it’s evolving quite nicely, and I’ll keep you up to date with new developments when there are any.
