Design: Sebastian Vettel's '5'

It’s been a while since I designed something, but sometimes you have a hint, a spark, a slight flash of inspiration resulting in something you think is at least half decent. Well, this design is just that. I think I only saw Sebastian Vettel’s helmet, and knew I wanted to make this logo.

The design is inspired by Sebastian Vettel’s ‘5’ logo, which he wears on his helmet. He’s done a lot of different renditions and variations of the logo, like the one in this picture.

My design has the German flag cascading with a neat little shadow belof the bands, and below the five to create the illusion of depth. It’s also similar to a design I did about two and a halve years ago.

The design itself is transparent, but a white-on-white transparant image doesn’t really work. It does, however, work very well on shirts!

SHIRTS, STICKERS, and more SHIRTS!

I uploaded two versions to RedBubble, one is a large version while the other is a smaller version for those who prefer a more subtle look. Previews here, check the links below for direct links to products!

And there’s more where that came from, like a clock, a hardcover journal, you name it, RedBubble’s got it!
