ACC Custom Livery Commissions

Commissions are closed

I am currently not taking new commissions as I am quite overwhelmed with the amount of people requesting commissions. For my own sanity, I am closing my commissions for the time being. Please disregard the text below.

Do you want to have a unique-to-you custom livery in Assetto Corsa Competizione? Do you like the ACC custom liveries I have made? And do you want me to make a livery for you, or modify an existing livery to your taste? Then you’ve come to the right page. Here, you’ll find everything you need to request a commission: the options I offer, my pricing, and the procedure!

What will you find on this page?

How to commission a livery

I do not have a webform for you to fill out. Instead, please send me an email at contact@felixdicit.com. In it, please detail your request. Please answer the list of questions below in this email, which should give me enough info to get started on your commission:

  1. Which car (or cars) do you want me to make the livery for?
  2. Which option (1 through 5 as described below) would your commission fit to?
  3. What colours would you like me to use in the livery?
    • Would you like gradients (if so, what colour to what colour), or just single colour shapes?
    • What should be the colour priority (primary, secondary, and tertiary) and/or the ratio (50/50, or 60/30/10, etc)
  4. What logos should I work into the design?
    • If you have your own logo, please provide it in a transparent .PNG file if possible. I can google most other logos.
    • Are there any small symbols that can make the livery more personal to you, such as a pride flag or community logo?
  5. What is your preferred design aesthetic?
    • What type of shapes are you looking for? Lines, triangular, sweeping, rounded, etc.
    • Are there any patterns you want me to work into the design (like half-tone, or a custom pattern)
    • If you have examples of other liveries you like or anything else you’d like me to take inspiration from, please include them
  6. What name, nationality, race number and/or team name can I include in the livery to make it more personal?
  7. A deadline or ultimate due date.
  8. Any of the additional options you want to order, such as exclusivity or access to the source files of the finished livery.

The estimated time it takes for me to make your livery is 2 weeks, from its first concept to finished livery. This may vary depending on the amount of time I am able to spend on making liveries next to my regular fulltime job and real-life responsibilities, the number of commissions on my agenda, and the intricacy of your request. Therefore, please keep in mind that I am sometimes unable to fulfil your request if you are on a tight deadline.

How my commission procedure works

After your initial email, I will try to respond ASAP. I will either ask you more questions if some things remain unclear, or confirm (with a quote based on the pricing list below) that I will add your commission to my Trello board. Please respond on this email if you accept my quote so that I know you’ve read and agreed to the pricing, and I can make a start.

The next time I will contact you will be to show you the progress on the livery. I will update you any time I need confirmation from you that what I am making for you is as you intended. So please respond if you want to correct course.

When I consider the livery to be close to done, I will send you screenshots from many angles and a link to a Paypal invoice. You can request any change, fix or alteration you want (within reason, I am not going to start from scratch at this point).

When you pay using the Paypal invoice I get automatic confirmation of the payment, and I will send you the files at my earliest convenience. You can then inspect the livery in-game and request any other fixes that were not clear from the screenshots before. Please confirm whether the livery is up to your wishes to me, so that I can close your commission on my Trello board!

Source files**€10

*the price of a remake depends on the difficulty of the livery to recreate, which I will estimate beforehand to give you a quote.

**the source file will include an Illustrator (.ai) file and any other pattern I make for your livery.

Option 1: Full custom livery

A full custom livery is an entirely original design which I will make to your taste. You decide the car, the colours, the brands, the shapes, the patterns, the style, the finishing, etc. I will take your request and, to the best of my ability, will turn it into a livery.

Examples:

ZWO Ferrari 296 GT3

This prompt requested me to make a livery based on the ZWO brand, which is a telescope company, as well as many stargazing related brands. I opted to recreate a starry night, complemented by a teal aurora, hints of a milky way and other gradients.

Guinness Porsche 992 GT3 R

This prompt requested me to make a Guinness livery for a Porsche. I tried to imagine what such a livery would look like in real life, but also took inspiration from the drink itself. The brown base and matte foam top is finished by a golden trim fit to make any Irishman thirsty!

Option 2: Custom livery conversion

Do I offer a livery for car A, but would you rather have it on car B? No problem. For a reduced rate, I will convert the livery to a different car. This might come in handy when you want to order a set of liveries by my hand.

Examples:

The AW Racing examples above are part of a set of 4 liveries which I made for a Swedish fan of, well, Sweden. After the original livery, I recreated it for 3 more cars of which the 2 pictures above are examples. The conversion will not be a 1:1 copy of the original design. No, instead, I make sure each design element fits the body of the new car. If needed, I make small alterations in order to create the best-looking end result.

Option 3: Custom livery remake

Are you fan of a specific team or driver? Or do you just very much like the look of a car and want to have it recreated in Assetto Corsa Competizione? I can make it happen for you. Whether it is an exact replica or not.

Examples:

Kalle Rovanperä’s RedAnt Porsche Cup

This 992 Cup Porsche’s livery was used by rally-driver Kalle Rovanperä during a Porsche Cup race at Zandvoort in 2024. I was commissioned to remake it for ACC. Since there was an exact match with the source car, this is a near-perfect replica.

Jordan F1-inspired Porsche 992 GT3

I was commissioned to make a tribute to Eddie Jordan, based on the Buzzin’ Hornets liveries of the late 90s. Since an F1 body and a Porsche GT3 body are not too similar, I took the Jordan’s design elements and created a livery with the same vibe.

Option 4: Customized livery A (simple)

Do you like one of the liveries I made previously but want a custom name or logo on the car? Or do you want a livery but with different colors? I can make it happen. With a customized livery, I take one of my previous designs and adjust it so that it fits you.

Prices start at €10 per request. For €10, I create a custom version for you with your own sponsors and your own number and nationality on the car (option B). For another €5, I will recolor the existing artwork to fit your taste (option A).

Making a customized livery will take me up to 1 week.

Other options

Do you want to have multiple versions of your livery to fit individual members of your team? I offer additional customization, for €3 per extra livery. Each member would get their name and flag reflected on the car.

Examples:

Exclusivity and sharing

I share all the liveries I make. This might feel odd if you’ve ordered a commission, and I’m just “giving it away”. On the one hand, I make it exactly how you want it to look like. Not someone else. It has your name on the door. Nobody can take that away from you. People who download the livery would be roleplaying you. And, as a bonus, people who download your livery will actually see your livery when you encounter them online.

For me, making commissions is also a way to increase my reach, by having content to share to attract new people. This is why I keep my prices relatively low. However, if you want me to make your livery exclusively for you (meaning I won’t share it) you can buy exclusivity for €25 extra, making a fully custom livery exclusive to you a total price of €85.
