I am a streamer now. I stream videogames.
I don’t know when it started. I do know how it started. But somewhere along the line, I became a videogame streamer. Not professionally ofcourse, that would require me to play different games like Dota, League of Legends or *shivers* Fortnite. No, I stream Assetto Corsa Competizione, a game which has stolen my heart almost a year ago to date.
You can find my Twitch channel HERE. Read a little Q&A below:
Q: WHY?!
A: Because I like it. I like talking to people while I’m racing because, especially in the longer race sessions (which can run up to 2.4hrs) I get bored easily. I think it is fun to share the action with others, and to archive my races for review. Streaming on Twitch fulfills both purposes, which to me, is great!
Q: Okay but, why exclusively ACC?
A: Two reasons: the first being that ACC is probably the only game I am somewhat decent at. I suck at Rocket League, I’ve sucked for 5 years at Dota… and people mostly look for people on twitch who are skilled at a game they enjoy. Hence: ACC. The second reason? I rarely play anything different nowadays…
Q: Right. When do you stream?
Whenever I feel like it. I’m not trying to make a career out of streaming because I know that’s not possible. I won’t adhere to a schedule, since that would take the fun out of it for me. Basically, when I feel like racing and my girlfriend isn’t around or is doing something else, I’ll try to squeeze in a couple of races to stream. You’ll see me pop up every once in a while among the ‘live channels‘ page for ACC. You can also follow my stream so you get a message whenever I go live!
Q: Can I watch you race right now?
Ofcourse, that depends on whether I’m live or not. However, you can also watch my ‘videos‘ tab for recent streams, or my ‘clips‘ for stream highlights. In fact, watch some of my most watched clips here directly:
