Roberts Racing Porsche 992 GT3 || ACC Custom Livery
I’ve been making liveries on commission for over a year now, so it is no surprise that I keep getting more and more return customers. People who have been happy with my work in the past and who want more. Either a new livery, or their previous livery ported to a different car against a reduced rate.
Since I already have an idea of what the livery should look like, and it is only a matter of making it fit with the car’s bodywork, I spend less time coming up with concepts for the livery and thus have to spend less time (and mental stress) on it.
One of those return customers is Mr. Roberts, who came to me in March of 2023 to have an original design for the BMW M4 GT3 commissioned. The result of which he liked so much, he ordered it a few months ago for two other cars: the new Lamborghini Huracan GT3 Evo2 and for the Porsche 992 GT3, which is the subject of today’s custom livery spotlight!
Between the release of the BMW, the Lambo and now the Porsche, the design has evolved a bit. Not just to fit the bodywork, but the Simracing team has also gotten a new (to this car) sponsor, in the form of Speed Industries. Which I must say sounds like the most generic knock-off videogame placeholder. I hope I don’t offend anyone by saying that.
