AdWiser Porsche 992 GT3 R || ACC Custom Livery
Sometimes I receive commissions that ask me to just “make something that looks good using X and Y colours”. Don’t get me wrong, those are nice commissions to make too. But sometimes, I prefer getting a more direct prompt. A prompt which confines me a bit more in the list of infinite possibilities.
One such example was the 543.co.nz Ferrari 296 I made. And this is another!
I was approached by the AdWiser Racing Team to make them a fresh new livery for the new Porsche 992 GT3. The team’s title sponsor, Ad-Wiser.ch, has a very distinct design language. At the start, I struggled with how to adapt this to the Porsche.
I decided to take the rocket from their logo and make it not just central to the design, but central to the theme of the design. Centered on the hood, with flames shooting out from it which wrap around the car. There’s a transparent gradient below, depicting the night sky with shades of light blue and purple transitioning to a dark blue filled with stars.
