Ducati Corse #63 || ACC Custom Livery

After many years of being close to clinching the MotoGP title, Ducati have finally done it. Francesco “Pecco” Bagnaia is world champion on a Ducati in MotoGp. The first Ducati champion since Casey Stoner in 2007. The first Italian MotoGP champion since Valentino Rossi in 2009. And the first Italian rider on an Italian bike to clinch the title since Giacomo Agostini in 1972 on his MV Agusta.

To commemorate this Italian slam dunk, I figured I could make a little livery out of this. The result of which can be seen in the video above or in the pictures below.

The chosen car – the Lamborghini Huracán SuperTrofeo EVO2 – works pretty well as the base for the livery. Ducati is known for its various aero bits, pushing the idea of what constitutes a MotoGP bike. Leading to some criticism from purists and regulators alike. But, in the end, this philosophy has also brought them the 2022 MotoGP titles.

To showcase the livery a bit better, I took the car to the one and only Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli. Not just because it is Italian, but to pay tribute to one of the greatest talents the sport has lost prematurely, and who would have undoubtedly one day ridden a Ducati to a MotoGP title.

You may call me sentimental, but at least the car looks damn good in the following shots I took – which are 100% in-game and unedited.
