TAG Heuer Vodafone McLaren 720s GT3 Evo || ACC Custom Livery
In season 7 and 8 of Formula E, Porsche raced a very, very good-looking livery. Unfortunately, they have now traded in this livery for something I think is a lot less visually pleasing.
I love this older livery so much, I made the 2021 and 2022 versions for the Porsche 991 II GT3 R. And I was not the only one who liked it. When the new Porsche 992 GT3 R was added to the game, I got commissioned to convert this livery to the new car.
Converting a Porsche livery to a Porsche car is one thing. But this next commission went a step further…
They wanted me to recreate this livery for the new McLaren 720s GT3 Evo.
Truth be told, I was a bit hesitant. But on the other hand, I have made ‘West McLaren’ liveries for a Porsche and an Aston Martin before. But once I got to work, I have to say that the livery in question might even look better on the McLaren than on the Porsche due to its more traditional race car, mid-engined shape.
